2. I understand that Sound By Singer does not issue refunds on any merchandise. I further understand that Sound By Singer will issue a store credit only on unopened and unused merchandise which is returned within 14 days of receipt by me. This policy does not apply to special orders as to which all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
3. Sound By Singer, Ltd. will be happy to expedite any warranty or service problems, and where possible to repair products in-house.
4. Sound By Singer, Ltd will exchange any component which proves defective out of the box. Where an immediate exchange or service is unavailable, we will endeavor to provide a loaner component while service or exchange is being performed.
5. If a component must be returned to the factory for service under warranty, the customer is only liable for shipping charges one way.
