Except for special orders, phono cartridges and headphones ,any component we sell you can be returned  within 14 days of receipt for a full credit against another purchase provided you return it to us in as new condition and pay for return freight . Sorry, no refunds.

In home consultations are available at a reasonable fee which is determined  on a case by case basis.In home demos are also available  on items over $3000.00.You pay 20% of the retail price  for

the first day and 10% per day  thereafter as a rental fee(one day shipping each way is not counted) plus shipping to and from our warehouse in Carlstadt , New Jersey.

Up to 2 days of rental fees will be deducted from the cost of the item You are renting if you choose to buy it.
